great location but parking needs improvement
The location is amazing. Walking the Marginal Way to Perkin's Cove in the morning was a good way to start the day. The gardens around the hotel are well maintained and add to the charm of the atmosphere.
Parking is very tight, which can make it tricky to maneuver in and out.

Both rooms we booked were good sized and new-fashioned with the balcony, modern bathroom, for example, the stay was wonderful. The location was amazing yet it was so close to downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot.

Relaxing and incredibly friendly hotel managed by amicable people. The room was modern, great-sized with beautiful view and the overall experience was fun. The location of the venue was best possible, in the heart of Ogunquit. There was a NICE restaurant in the hotel. Liked my time here.

the parking lot gets packed quick so gotta keep an eye out for space but the common grassy area with beach view was chill and the outdoor spaces were perfect for coffee in the morning

Immaculate rooms with tasteful decor. The fine ocean views provide a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The beautiful gardens surrounding the hotel add charm.
Noise from neighboring rooms can be quite noticeable, especially in the Superior King Room. There's also no direct beach access, which might disappoint beach lovers, although the proximity to local shops and restaurants is quite handy. The parking situation gets tight quickly, so maneuvering in and out can feel tricky at times.

The location really wowed me! It's just a short walk to the beach and the charming shops nearby. I loved the immaculate room, especially the beautiful ocean view from my window. The bed felt cozy, and I appreciated the attention to detail with quality bath products. The lawn area was a perfect spot to unwind with gorgeous flowers around. The convenience of having tea and coffee facilities in the room made mornings more enjoyable. I did find the parking situation quite tight was good. Plus, the noise from the neighboring rooms was distracting at times, impacting the privacy I hoped for. Next time, I'd consider asking for a quieter room.
